‘Pinging’ is used by bloggers every day, but what about Squidoo Lensmasters?

Should you ping your lenses whenever you update, or publish a new lens?

I say yes, but don’t go crazy.

If you are constantly pinging one lens every few days with little or no changes to it, you’re going to get blacklisted in a lot of places.
