BASICS:

Your Keyword should be in the lens URL and Title, and Introduction

Your keyword should be your Primary Tag, and also a regular tag

Your keyword should be a Sub-Title on some of your modules

ADVANCED:

Some modules are ‘nofollow’, like ‘YouTube’ and ‘Text With Big Picture’ and ‘RSS Feed’

For your backlinks to count, use the other ‘RSS Mashup’ module and ‘Text and Image’ modules

You can now also hyperlink images in the text modules, so you can use this to improve your CTR, but don’t go too crazy with it.
